In fact it is the departure point for many itineraries which will guide you, no matter what your physical condition, to enchanting sites and an exceptional environment.
There are 43 rambling routes in the Pays des Maures including the "Sentiers des Crêtes" (15 km) and the "Sentier Botanic" de Cogolin.
You will need 3 to 4 hours to complete the first one starting from Négresse park. Much less time is needed for the sentier botanique des Tortues which is in a loop.
As you make your way, you will perhaps see some downy or white leafed cistus or white leafed sage or Montpellier cistus with sticky leaves.
Further on, asphodels (lilies) adored by wild boars or even arborescent heather or traditional lavender, specific to the Maures. Brushwood full of surprises and scents to be discovered at 3km/hour!
