In 2002, Mr. Claude DONETI decided to launch. He has ideas, desires and wants to express them. Above all, he obtained, by force of passion and will, his title of Master Craftsman!

Let's go back to the history of this passionate ... Graduated from the Ecole hôtelière de Nice in 1977, pastry specialty, he will work in turn in luxury hotels (Ritz in particular), Relais and Chateaux (in Honfleur, France). Alpes-Maritimes ...), before landing in the Gulf. He has lived in Cogolin since 1987 and it is there that he explores his passion for chocolate and wins his title. It is also there that he makes the bet with his wife to make live a pastry: "there are pastries in all the villages, why not here!".
